Role: Remedy Developer

Location: Washington; DC

Duration: 6 Months +

 

Experience Level: 7+ years

 

Responsibilities:

 

The candidate will help us to develop a custom application on Remedy platform integrating with Asset Management and other custom applications.

 

-           Must have expertise in gathering requirements and coming up with design and prototype documents

-           Ability to lead the project from onsite and coordinates with offshore developers in implementing the solution

-           Ability to work on 7.6.4 platform to develop custom solutions

-           Working knowledge of Asset management application

-           Working knowledge of Approval Engine

-           Working knowledge of  ITSM applications on remedy

-           Expertise in development skills on Remedy platform

-           Expertise in the reporting capabilities of Remedy data

 

Skill Set requirements:

 

(a)  At least 7 Yrs of aggregate specialized experience in IT industry.

 

(a) Primary (main skill(s)): Candidate has thorough experience in configuring Remedy environment. At least 5 years of aggregate specialized experience in Remedy ITSM Suite.

 

            - Must have thorough knowledge of Remedy ITSM suite (Service Desk, Asset management, Change & Release, SLM) version 7.6 or higher

            - Experience in ITIL process and how it is being used in Remedy

            - Expertise in understanding of Foundation data that is required for 7.6.04

            - Must have installation knowledge of Remedy system

            - Expertise in development skills on Remedy platform

            - Expertise in the reporting capabilities of Remedy data

            - Having BMC Certification is a plus.

·         HACMP knowledge is a must
