Title: Business Analyst W/Facets

Location: El Dorado Hills, CA.

Duration: Long term

Rate: DOE

 

Must Have Skills:

Thorough Healthcare exposure

• In depth experience in most Facets modules (eg Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing), EDI knowledge is a plus
• Strong Database knowledge
• Clean and clear analytical skills, with a focus on critical thinking
• Ability to easily traverse through the Facets Data Dictionary
• Ability to probe and get answers for questions
• Expose the various possible scenarios to derive the possibility of occurrence
• Comfort in meeting different teams in a cross functional environment
• Ability to lead meetings including JAD sessions and ensure the agenda of the meeting is met
• Self motivator who is able to multi task and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Write good technical documentation
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
• Overall 5 – 10 Years IT experience.
• Effective presentation skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
