Position: Java Developer with HADOOP
Location: Rockville, MD
Duration: 8 months

Mandate Skills: Java and HADOOP

Description:

Software developer with at least three years of experience in developing and maintaining Enterprise level applications using the Hadoop ecosystem.
In particular the successful candidate should have solid knowledge and experience on the following tools and technologies: Hadoop, Maven, Eclipse, Accumulo, Lucene, Hive, Sqoop, Tweeter Storm, Amazon Web Services (EC2, EBS, S3, VPC), Java Enterprise.
Experience configuring, monitoring and healing Hadoop based systems using tools like Ganglia and Nagios is a great plus
