Responsibilities:
- Work on front, middle or back office platforms for leading investment banks
- Involvement in projects such as building new trade capture systems or real time, multithreaded risk portals
- Collaborate with bright enthusiastic consultants solving real world problems
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of experience in in C/C++ programming and software development, testing, requirements definition and management, and systems design
- Knowledge of programming with UNIX is essential
- Background in object-oriented design, data structures, system and application programming
- Full life cycle development experience
- Buy-side/Sell-side order management system experience is highly desired
- Experience with relational databases and multi-threaded programming, and knowledge of UNIX scripting languages is desired
- Previous consulting/investment banking experience preferred
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
