Hi,

 

Skill Set: Project Manager with LMS

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Minimum 5 years experience as a project / program manager

 

Minimum of 10 years overall IT (web technologies) experience

 

Experience with working with large teams and projects

 

Experience working with offshore team

 

Detailed oriented

 

Must have proven record of juggling multiple large projects at the same time

 

Must be able to adapt new subject matter quickly

 

PMP or equalivalent certification preferred

 

Experience:

 

Professional training and certification experience (LMS, Content, and Commerce etc.)

 

Business intelligence and data warehouse experience (OBIEE, Tablue, Oracle etc.)

 

Skills requirement:

 

Drive requirements definition (not requirement gathering)

 

Must be able to work independently with appropriate and timely communication to clients and management

 

Must be a good verbal and written communicator

 

Cisco experience a plus

 

Championing process improvements in the project management and product development areas

 

Collaborates with other managers to determine effective process improvement approaches

 

Work proactively to address project issues, risks and provides options for mitigation

 

Understands different software development lifecycle paradigms

 

Developing detailed baseline project plans within resource parameters; tracking/managing project tasks and accountability for project delivery

 

Efficient with MS Project
