 Web developer - HTML5

Location : NY

Duration: Long term

 

Required Skills 

    Knowledge of HTML5 tags and API

• Hands on with coding & good understanding of HTML 4.01, XHTML 1.0, CSS, and JavaScript
• Through understanding of DOM
• Working knowledge of CSS3 modules and properties
• AJAX
• jQuery experience is must. jQueryUI, and jQueryMobile working knowledge will be added advantage
• Experience with other Framework are add-on Advantage.
• Must be skilled at building table-free/table less UI layouts using semantic markup and CSS with a focus on usability.
• Should be aware of W3C Standards, Accessibility Standards.
• A strong command of cross-browser development techniques is required.
• Ability to integrate HTML's with C#/.Net, Java based web applications in conjunction with various CMS.
• Must be able to work in a virtual team with a strong ability to communicate through standard documentation methods in an agile    development environment.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop should be an add-on advantage
