SAP HR Consultant:  (Below Skills mandatory)

 

Mandatory:       

PA , OM , C&B  , ADP Payroll Interface – understanding of   IDOC /File transfers and its challenges is a must 

Time Mgmt – Time schema, quotas , CATS – are important since number of  issues exist here  

 

Desirable:

Portal & E-recruitment knowledge is desirable

HCM Forms & processes understanding is a plus
