* The Business Systems Analyst with 6-10 years of experience will focus on the delivery of data & analytics in a Data Warehouse environment.
* Identify business needs and define solutions including data components, relationships, and configurations.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal direction from the manager
* Should have worked in large scale Data Warehousing environments dealing with large data sets
* Establish system specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel.
* Should have extreme sense of urgency and drive to move things very fast when things are not moving or ambiguous
* Should be able to write Teradata SQL queries for data extraction within short notice and should have minimum 2 years of Teradata/Oracle SQL hands on.
* Acts as liaison between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements and obtain sign-off.
* Ability to translate business requirements to technical specification for engineering teams.
* Should be highly pro-active in following up on tasks, dates and making them happen
