Position: Oracle BRM (Billing & Revenue Management) Consultant – 2 Positions

Location: San Antonio, TX

Position: 6 Months +

Description:

 

1. Minimum 5-6 years experience
2. Functional knowledge of BRM – Billing, AR, Pricing, and Pipeline Manager
3. Experience as Operations Lead for Oracle BRM
4. Experience in using ticketing tools like Remedy, SerivceNOW
5. Experience with bug triage and problem resolution
6. Experience in supporting interfaces to both upstream and downstream applications like payment gateway, email server, Network Mediation etc…
7. Experience in debugging BRM OPCODE
8. Experience in deploying patches
9. Oracle BRM testing experience
10. Good understanding of billing, invoicing backend jobs
