Position: Mainframe Network Specialist
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6 Months +

 

Description:

• Provide initial product configuration to ensure functionality
• Perform product upgrades as required
• Upgrade product to new z/OS standards as required
• Engage in new projects as required
• Perform Health Checking as per requirements
• Get involved in audits as required
• Implement any new Host Network automation
• Provide 7/24  support for Netview , VTAM & TCPIP
• CA Spool , XPAF, and TeleView , are tools utilized by this support.
• VTAM - provided customization, configuration, Tier 3 problem, platform upgrade, and DR support.
• TCPIP - provided customization, configuration, Tier 3 problem, platform upgrade, and DR support.
• Netview/FTP - provided customization, configuration, Tier 3 problem, platform upgrade, and DR support.
• OpenSSH - provided customization, configuration, Tier 3 problem, platform upgrade, and DR support.
• XPAF- provided customization, configuration, Tier 3 problem, platform upgrade, and DR support.
