Position: Sr. Oracle DBA

Location: Concord, CA

Job Description:

 

Preferred Skill-set:

 

Oracle 10g or better (11g preferred) on HPUX or Linux Platform.

Experience building, maintaining and tuning large transactional databases (preferably SAP related)

Oracle RMAN, Dataguard, HA Concepts, Advanced backup/recovery, Disaster recovery

Advance Performance Tuning (SQL, Parameters, Design), Database migrations (SQL to Oracle, HPUX or other Unix to Linux).

 

Additional Comments:

 

Looking for experienced DBA to build, maintain and tune large transactional Oracle databases supporting our SAP and Ariba ERP systems. Experience with, or exposure to SAP and/or Ariba is a plus.
