Position: L2 Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: Long Term

Type: Fulltime or Subcontract

 

Job Description:

 

Set up new desktop and laptop computers with additional software as required

Processes workflows for new computers, accessories and software

Provides training on new equipment and software

Help troubleshoot IT issues for Chicago office and remote team

Interface with internal and external team members for all IT   projects/issues. 

Manage office phone/VM system & security system for Chicago office

Place requests for Email/computer/VPN

Coordinate getting phone & VM set up

Coordinate getting setup in Buzz saw, Oracle & TSP

Coordinate getting setup for scanning on Xerox machines

Support and monitor the application servers and add users (if required) to the servers to access databases.
