Position: Sr. CRM Business Analyst
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 6 Months

Any CRM (Siebel Preferred) exp in financial Domain will be a perfect fit.

 

Description:

• We need someone who understands the CRM (Siebel Preferred) space well, horizontally what our competitors are doing in that space, and vertically, where should "we" be strategically.
• Establish and monitor project requirements, priorities, impacts and deadlines. Understand their implications to the Research business, and deliver appropriate global solutions that satisfy all regional businesses.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the project life cycle. Ensure co-ordination between all parties involved.
• Manage expectations of all project stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, cost-effective use and delivery of technology.
• Manage and execute adhoc Research projects that are handed down from the Director of ITS.  Quick execution of these items are crucial to the success of the candidate
• Fully support other ITS project managers (and vice-versa), in the process gaining a full understanding of the global research business.
• Learn and understand industry trends and how they affect CR technology systems.
 
Qualifications:
 
• 8 - 10 years of work experience.  Interest in technology, CRM business analysis (on a global scale) & project management is preferred
• Self-motivated, highly-focused, detail-oriented as well as a team player with high energy levels and the desire to learn and progress within the company.
• Excellent client servicing skills.
• Proven communications skills (both verbal and written) to build trusting partnership with business clients, technology team members and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Ability to summarize/explain/present to senior ITS members
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to broker agreements amid priority conflicts across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent Word and Excel skills are required.
• Ability to work within a geographically disperse team environment and positively affect the team dynamics.
