Title: QC Administrator

Location: Westport, CT

Duration: Long term           

Rate: DOE

 

Required Skills:

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in any combination of development or quality assurance

Deep experience with HP's Quality Center including:

• Setting up QC projects
• Configuring permissions in QC
• Creating and managing test suites in QC / QTP
• Setting up QC reports and dashboards

Experience with writing and executing manual and automated test cases

• Creating automated tests outside of QTP
• Using QC to trigger automated tests in QTP

• Drive to breakdown and overcome complex technical problems  (e.g., resilient, strong sense of ownership)
• Ability to develop and apply standards and framework to a complex problem space
• Creativity, original thought and not constrained by the status quo
• Common sense – practice problem decomposition and problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Ability to operate equally well within a team and on their own
