Summary: Participates in full lifecycle software development activities and lead a small team of developers and be responsible for the responsibilities delineated below:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Analyzes requirements and produce feasibility analysis and product designs.
· Implement product enhancements and defect fixes
· Conduct design and perform peer code reviews when directed
· Collaborate and plan your work with other groups in an agile and fast-pace environment
· Provide development support to a worldwide client base with 24x7 cycles and defined SLAs
Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
· Design - Uses feedback to modify designs; Applies design principles.

· Analytical Skills – Must have good problem solving skills, the ability to adapt quickly and learn the business logic of the interconnect telecommunications field.
· Database Skills - Has the ability to handle large amounts of data and has a deep understanding of Relational databases.
Qualifications

· Understanding of object oriented design
· Experience with MS SQL Server
· Experience with ASP .Net, C#,
Education and/or Experience
· 4+ years of MS SQL Server experience
· 1+ years of programming experience with 6 months of hands-on experience with .Net using C# and ADO.Net.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
· Telecom experience is a plus
Language Skills
An individual must also have excellent communication in English both oral and written, proficiencies in other languages is a plus
