Role : Clinical Business Analyst with PeopleSoft / PeopleSoft Staffing Front office Exp

Location: Somerset, NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Start Date: ASAP

 

Job Functions:

 

  • Working knowledge of the clinical staffing and recruiting systems (Bond Adapt and PeopleSoft)
  • General business knowledge of the clinical staffing and recruiting workflow and processes.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, validating, maintaining, supporting clinical staffing and recruiting systems (Bond Adapt and PeopleSoft) in order to ensure that operations run smoothly within the division, all while complying with internal procedures and meeting established timeframes.
  • Collaborate on providing strategic technical recommendations in support of data integration initiatives.
  • Assist in the writing, coordination and execution of validation protocols, specifications, change controls and/or scripts related to software, instruments and/or equipment according to the organization's requirements and industry regulation.
  • Write and review specifications, documentation, training/operating manuals and/or SOPs related to the clinical staffing and recruiting systems.
  • Serve as second level support in area of specialization.
  • Contact external consultants and suppliers concerning the development, validation, support and maintenance of the clinical staffing and recruiting systems.
  • Administrate the clinical staffing and recruiting systems according to the evolution of operational needs.
  • Analyze, develop and/or implement appropriate desktop solutions for users, in order to respond to identified needs.
  • Participate in evaluating and/or purchasing new clinical staffing and recruiting systems or other related systems for the division.
  • Make recommendations for greater effectiveness of functional area.
  • Provide end-user training of the clinical staffing and recruiting systems.
  • Manage issues via incident reports or incident tickets and track them in an incident database
  • Create and coordinate application related communications to all necessary parties. 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related science field. In lieu of degree, nine years (total) relevant experience will be considered.
  • Six years professional system application implementation experience.
  • Ability to manage and participate at different levels on multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and  goals in high-pressure situations
  • Understanding of current and emerging technologies.
  • Effective English language verbal and written communication skills.
