Qualifications-
- Solid understanding of Salesforce.com - APEX and Visualforce experience highly desirable
- Knows how to package and promote code between environments
- Excellent unit testing abilities with strong attention to detail
- Salesforce.com Certified Developer a plus
- Experience with an integration tool such as Informatica , Cast Iron is a plus
- Works with technical teams and Business users to finalize requirements and create design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of CRM system
- Capable of recommending alternate choices, trade-offs and impact analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to learn new information quickly
- Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment
- Ability to follow an agile or iterative software development methodology
