Role : Oracle Manufacturing Functional Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 3+ Months

·         7 + years of business analysis experience

·         5 years of Oracle eBusiness Suite functional and technical exposure, especially in the EBS Manufacturing modules (Order Management, Shipping, BOM, Inventory, MRP, Purchasing).

·         Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes

·         Working knowledge of requirements to system mapping

·         Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

·         Obtain approval and business sign-off on requirements.

·         Document functional requirements and assist with the design of technical requirements as input for a dedicated development staff.

·         Participate independently and with other resources in the system development lifecycle, including testing and documentation of new or upgraded application functionality.

·         Participate in problem resolution activities.

·         Be able to make recommendations for changes in PGI's applications to support changes in business process or new requirements.Complete impact assessments that outline the technical impact of new functionality and enhancements.

·         Model Use Cases.

·         Create and maintain requirements traceability.

·         Research and identify opportunities for the business to distinguish itself as a leader in the manufacturing industry.

·         Research the manufacturing industry to identify leading examples and best-in-class implementations.

·         Schedule, coordinate, prepare and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.

·         Assist in the peer review of team member requirements for completeness and accuracy.

·         Act as lead facilitator of requirements prioritization sessions.

·         Drive solutions across stakeholders (primarily Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources and Operations).
