Title: Quality Analyst

Must Have Skills:

• Manage interactions, requests, etc for multiple projects at any given timeframe
• The ability to manage upwards when necessary
• Knowledge of LTE technology and have a wireless telecom background (Not super technical).
• A self-starter, who can work independently from the rest of the Cognizant project team, but not a lone-wolf
• This person will have to deal with the organization changes that will happen over the course of the next several months.  They will need to be comfortable working in a consistently changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems
• Highly organized and process oriented.
• Ability to work among a number of organizations to develop cohesive processes that streamline product development and testing.
• Ability to document new processes and update current processes as needed.
• Excellent communication skills required to resolve inter-organization roadblocks. Ability to present data at a high level to upper level managers on complex issues. Ability to analyze trends and develop and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrated ability in technical writing, Visio, Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Project.
• Experience with telecommunications testing strategies, lab environment support, and root cause analysis.
