Role: Cognos Technical Lead

Location: Cokesbury, NJ

Duration: Long term

 

Required Experience:

·         7+ yrs of experience in cognos 8, 10, Cognos Cube, Cognos Framework manager, Direct client / Business requirement gathering experience Oracle 9i, SQL

·         Good Communication skills

 

Projects:

·         Analyze requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

·         Prepare analysis and design deliverables and provide input into project plans.

·         Participate in requirements gathering meetings and be the BI subject matter expert.

·         Design BI solutions and coordinate and oversee development performed by on-shore and off-shore resources.

·         Maintain relevant status and project tracking.

·         Lead all phases of projects from design to implementation including specifications, development, testing, implementation, and rollout.

 

Documentation:

·         Extensively document all projects, processes and technical configurations.

·         Provide management status reporting for all projects.
