Title: Informatica Administrator

Location: Columbus OH or Iselin NJ

Duration: Long Term

Rate: DOE

 

Exp Level:

Minimum 7 years of Informatica development & Administration experience (using PowerCenter client tools)

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Experience installing and configuring Informatica 9.5 as well as migration from Informatica 8.6 to 9.5.
  • Develop UNIX scripts
  • DB2 and Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, stored procedures and client configuraiton
  • Proactively monitor batches/interfaces and provide statistics to management
  • Troubleshoot performance of workflows/sessions and UNIX processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with Informatica admin and/or Informatica tech support
  • Hands-on experience with Domain Admin Console, user management, start/stop PowerCenter, PowerChannel, PowerExchange services
  • Informatica administration, deployments, address environment issues, user access, etc
  • Develop PowerCenter mappings, workflows and sesions in v 8.6
