Position: Lead Teradata DBA

Location: OMAHA,NE

Duration: 6 Months

 

Description:

 

Responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion Teradata DBA

1) Provide Database Administration support for very large relational Teradata databases

2) Create, maintain, and support Teradata architectural environment

3) Physical database design

4) Administration of production objects in change control environment

5) Development of pro-active processes for monitoring capacity and performance

6) Perform system level and application level tuning

7) Support the application development teams for database needs and guidance

8) Perform backup and recovery operations

9) Database security administration.
