Position: Cisco CVP / VXML / Java Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Long Term

Rate: Open

 

Required

 

  *   Java 4 and above, Servlets 2.4, JSP 2.0, JDBC, Beans, RAD (strong understanding)

  *   Experience in making calls to Web Services and databases in Java development.

  *   Experience with VXML based IVR platforms such as CVP, GVP, AVP, Voxeo, and Voxify

  *   SQL -Writing simple to moderate queries, joins and stored procedures.

  *   Experience with Eclipse IDE for Java development.

 

Good to have

 

  *   Familiarity with Cisco Call Studio for CVP application development.

  *   Complex IVR/VRU call flows and/or developing a softphone experience.

  *   Experience with Nuance speech engines (ASR/TTS) and tools

  *   Experience with Cisco CVP platform & CVP Studio including java development of custom elements
