Must Have Skills:

• Strong Business knowledge and Strong Analytical skills. FACETS
• Strong Health Care business knowledge and health care claims system implementation experience.
• Experiance in working as a business analyst for FACETS modules.
• Produce requirement based documents which communicate effectively and accurately to both technical developers and business stakeholders.  Effectively interacts with senior management.
• Engage users in analysis and evaluation of functional models and prototypes; identify dependencies and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interview , facilitates meetings, gather facts, and creatively and logically solve problems.
• Ability work independently as a team member
