Technology expertise:

• The candidate must have strong working knowledge on the installation, configuration and administration of following technologies
• Oracle Web logic Server - 10.3 or higher
• Oracle ADF
• Oracle SOA/OSB suite
• Oracle Grid Control
• Oracle HTTP Server

Administrator skills:

• The candidate must have at-least 5 years of experience as an administrator on several application platform technologies.
• Must constantly evaluate system alerts, eliminate redundant / obsolete alerts and ensure optimal alerting process.
• The candidate must be disciplined and be able to follow defined and agreed upon process.
• The candidate must review, understand and meet all agreed upon SLAs of the team.
• The candidate must support a critical 24X7 business operation.
• The candidate must have excellent analytical ability and trouble-shooting skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and become effective is administration of the same.
• The candidate must constantly monitor resource utilization of platforms and recommend tuning and scalability solutions.
• The candidate must have experience with capacity monitoring and planning.
• The candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment and mentor other members on the team where needed.
