We have an immediate requirement for JAVA Architect required at Multiple Locations

Required Skills:
- Total 9+years IT experience with code development background in J2EE Technologies
- Minimum 4 to 5 yrs in Application Architecture role.
- Large Scale Web Based Application Development and Architecture Background is must
- Have good UML based design experience. Familiarity with design tools RSA, Eclipse etc
- Hands on experience in performing solution design from requirements.
- Minimum 3 to 4 yrs of J2EE based experience in a Web based environment.
Hands on Technology Experience with: J2EE/Spring Framework, SOA, XML, SQL Server or Oracle DB.
- Good communication skills. Mandatory to communicate with business and other teams.
- Hands on experience in different phases of the project life cycle, particularly at the beginning phases including requirement definition, solution design and coding.
- Experienced with Performance Optimization, Infrastructure capacity planning and BO is preferable
- Health Care based experience is preferable.
- Leadership capability, to drive the team members towards strategic solution direction.
- Experience with a range of software lifecycle development practices especially Waterfall, Scrum, and CMMi etc.
- Experience leading peer Design & code reviews, mentoring others and help in developing talents of other team members.
