Role: Senior. Business Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE
Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire

 

 
REQUIREMENTS
Senior-level Business Analyst (8+ Years of experience)
Polished communication skills (many meetings are at AVP level across multiple business areas)
Strong work ethic Strong analytical skills Internally motivated, "go getter", good at brain storming, new ideas, etc
Ability to work independently WISH LIST Experience with Agile development methodology (scrum master experience preferred, Version One preferred)
Experience with web UI design Experience with "new projects" where no existing application exists and limited business requirements are known
Experience with designing workflows
Experience with designing document templates
Experience with Case Management concepts
Experience with working with "offshore" development resources.

 

 
Additional Requirements
Understanding of documents related with workflow of claims process documents, case management, etc.
Experience in working on Law Department Projects is preferred.
End User will be the Labor Relations Department Workflow BA expert that can also work with offshore development team
