Position: Regulatory Application Support
Location: Rockville, MD
Duration: Long term Contract / Fulltime
Experience Level: 3 - 7 Years Max

NOTE: Experience with Documentum and Firstdoc is a MUST

Job description:

• Require a candidate with Application Support & Maintenance experience in Regulatory Affairs
• Position is based out of Princeton & expected to work at Rockville during first 2 months of the project
• Strong expertise in Documentum & FirstDoc is required.
• Strong expertise in DQL (Documentum Query Language) is a must
• Strong expertise in writing SQLs (Oracle)
• Regulatory submissions and clinical trial domain knowledge is needed
• Experience in Insight Publisher application and system administration is required
• Knowledge on Information Rights Management is preferred
• Ability to work/communicate with Product Support in resolving issues.
• Good communication skills are mandatory
• Strong customer service focus
• Knowledge of UNIX is a plus
