Skill details –

 1. Atleast 5 years of IT experience with in IT development and Design cycles.
2. Telecom background
3. Should have worked in Workflow domain for atleast 3-4 years.
4. Hands on experience in workflow tools such as Oracle, IBM etc.

5. Excellent exposure to J2EE/SOA, BPEL
