| Required Skills (Minimum Mandatory Capabilities) | - 7+ years experience as Quality Analyst - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Excellent knowledge in Oracle, PL/SQL is a must. - Experience in testing data ware house activities is a must. - Experience recording, tracking and reporting resolving issues. - The candidate should be a self-starter who enjoys working with an international team of people. - Must be able to multi-task their workload assignments. - Must be a team player. |
| Desired Skills (Skills not Mandatory but useful for Performance) | - Experience with internal controls and IT controls and compliance is a plus. - Experience in Financial Services Industry is a plus. - Experience with transactions in Loans, Equity and accounting is a plus. |
| Terms of Reference (Work to be performed) | Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Test plans and schedules - Understand business requirements for Financial Accounting, Operational Data Store, etc. - Collaborate with Business Analyst to ensure Testing Strategy covers all Business Requirements - Perform application testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing - Record, track and report test issues - Publish test metrics, issues and resolution for approval on completion of testing - Participate in status meetings and prepare status reports if necessary - highlighting issues and constraints that would impact timely delivery of work program items. - Communicate proactively with other team members and business sponsors - Review the project plan and provide the project management assistance with respect to testing activities - Analyze and document dependencies if any. Deliverables - QA execution plan and Test Strategy - Test Cases, RTM, Test Plan and Test Results - Coordination with business and technical team for UAT. |
