Position: SAP HCM Consultant with PMS exp

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration : 6 Months

 

Job description:

 

7  years of Experience  in HCM with minimum 2  PMS ( Performance management system) Implementation in EHP 5 and above

 

·       Excellent Communication & Presentation skills

·       Ability to work & develop business relationship with different levels of User Communities

·       Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SAP functionalities

·       Should be able to design / develop / deliver PMS Solution in compliance with the SAP Best Practices and Expert in

o   Configuring appraisal template

o   Experience in designing flexi template

o   ESS & MSS Business Packages & Deployment of Business Packages

o   Enterprise Portal

o   Integration PMS with ECM and LSO

o   Good understanding of Workflow

o   Ability to customize the UIs in PMS

·       System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Business Blueprint

·       Preparation & Execution of Test Plans & Test scripts (Unit / Scenario / Integration& Regression test cycles)

·       Should be able to provide Functional design specifications for custom developments in the solution

·       Train the user communities (End users / BPOs / Super Users)

·       Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.
