Required Skills:

• Basic Core Unix/Solaris administrator with clustering Solaris, each with shared storage providing multiple Solaris containers, high availability for 6 plus years.
• Need to have experience with Containers/Zones, Hardware Dynamic Reconfiguration, LDOMS, Jumpstart, trunking and IPMP, SMF Facilities.
• Must have deep experience working with current and older Sun Hardware (Mx000, T5xx0, Vx80/Vx90s).
• Deep expertise in general Unix/Linux systems administration, MTAs, web servers, load balancers, VERITAS Cluster Server (VCS), storage (EMC, NetApp), network and host security, and relevant protocols (SMTP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, NFS).
• Experience in installation and monitoring of Application Servers (e.g. Weblogic, Tomcat, and Apache).
• Solid grasp of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Multiple years of experience in fast-paced high-availability production environments with an emphasis on remote "lights-out" management of systems.
• Call Management using BMC Remedy.
• Must have a solid understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles, practices and processes in providing and managing the delivery of a large scale, Enterprise-wide service
