Role: Solution Architect
Location: St’Louis – MO.
Must Have:
· Strong experience with several Oracle Core Financial modules such as GL, AP, Payments, PO, FA, AR but also SLA and other new R12 functions such as TCA, MOAC, LE Structure etc.
· Should have complementary dominant skills with the PM…. If the PM is dominant in GL Reporting function, the Functional Consultant should be Procure to Pay dominant with good knowledge of self service capabilities such as iExpense, iProcurement
· Experience in leading a functional team on a R12.1.3 Upgrade Project (at least 1)
· 2. Experience in leading the functional team or a set of modules in multiple R12 Implementation/ Upgrade Projects
· Experience of implementing (above projects) in a company like MasterCard – Global Company with Intercompany, Multi Reporting Currencies, Consolidation etc.
· Well versed with Oracle Implementation methodologies such as AIM, Deliverables in each phase, work products that go to make the deliverable etc.
· Strong Oracle background with experience in preparing and conducting a CRP, with insight into preparatory activities for the upgrade such as Data Cleansing
· Strong Communication Skills
Nice to Have:
· Experience in/ Knowledge of other modules such as Project Accounting, Treasury, Source to Procure (Procurement Contracts, iSupplier) etc. is a plus
· Project Manager:
· Must Have:
· Experience in managing R12.1.3 Upgrade Project (at least 1)
· Experience in managing multiple R12 Implementation/ Upgrade Projects
· Experience of implementing (above projects) in a company like MasterCard – Global Company – ~50 countries, large User base (we have 6000+ Oracle User) 24 Oracle modules, 100+ books, 75 OU’s, 3.5 TB Database Size
· Strong capability in PM Skills – Managing multiple teams including Development, Functional, DBA etc., Project Management Plan (which includes all deliverables such as Project Charter, Project Plan using MS Projects, Communication Plan, Risk Management Plan, Training/ Testing Strategies etc.)
· Well versed with Oracle Implementation methodologies such as AIM, Deliverables in each phase, work products that go to make the deliverable etc.
· Strong Oracle background growing from a techno functional consultant to a PM position over the years, with insight into preparatory activities for the upgrade such as Data Cleansing
· Strong Communication Skills
· Nice to Have:
· PMP certification
