We have the below job opportunity with our direct client. Please find the details below.

Position: Cisco Voice – Level 2 Support
Location: Bloomfield, CT
Duration: 6+ Months

Experience Level: 6-7 Years

Requirements for L2 – Cisco Voice:


  • Installation/Configuration and Troubleshooting of Cisco Call Manager 7.x/8.x
  • Installation/Configuration and Troubleshooting of Cisco Unity Connection 7.x/8.x
  • Installation/Configuration and Troubleshooting of Cisco Emergency Responder
  • Installation & Configuration of Cisco Voice Gateways (38XX/39XX)
  • Configuring call control protocols on Voice Gateways H.323, MGCP and SIP
  • Experience in LAN/WAN Networking
  • Co-ordinate with Cisco TAC for escalated issue and perform troubleshooting with TAC engineers
