Position: TFS Administrator

Location: Foster City, CA

Duration: 9 Months

 

Skills:

We are looking for .CM Consultant with experience in designing and managing of configuration services to multiple clients. Experience in ITIL processes, Having Configuration and change management experience would be an added advantage.

•    Basic programming knowledge in C, C++, Java and .NET, Web development

•    Should have exposure to any change management tools with Nant, MS Build, PowersShell.

•    Should have working knowledge in MSSQL DB & Exposure to Rational Build Forge

 

Job Description:

 

•    TFS 2010 Installation

•    Create Collections,  new team projects, Define Policies, Group Permissions etc.

•    Manage Change sets, Define Branching  & Merging Strategy

•    Customization of process templates, experience on Work Items, Build definition

•    Configuring IIS Server, .Net Configuration knowledge for deploying asp applications.

•    Integrating TFS with SharePoint server,  MSSQL Server, Reports Configuration

•    Upgrade from 2008 – 2010, Data Migration in any CM tool ( PVCS/SVN/ClearCase/MKS to TFS )

•    TFS Proxy server setup, Lab Setup

•    Good Analytical, Problem Solving Skills with verbal and written language skills.

•    Willing to take short / long term Onsite Opportunities
