Role:  Network Engineer with IP Experience
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Boston, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Planning of IP RAN (Mobile Backhaul) for 2G/3G/ LTE Bandwidth dimensioning for 2G/3G Network. Plan network architecture, topology for IP transport network. Provide thought leadership to the Industry as well as internally on new developments in IP RAN area Compliance to Telecom Processes, Statutory and Regulatory guidelines

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE

Minimum 6+ years of experience in working with  Tier 1 TEMs or Telecom operator carrying out responsibilities in NOC operations / Design and planning of the IP/Transport network Should have Planning & Design Experience of IP/MPLS Transmission network for access transport & back haul network to facilitate 2/3/4G Network. Should have experience of Bandwidth dimensioning of 2G & 3G network for RNC/BSC & upgradation of links Should have understanding of mobile backhaul network on IP, Microwave, Ethernet, ATM, PW & TDM. Should have experience of BTS/ BSC/ NB/ RNC integration on IP network Should have understanding of 2/3G services and traffic flow
