Position: WebSphere Infrastructure / Middleware Administrator (Systems / Sr Systems Engineer)
Location: Omaha, NE
Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications:
· Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal skills including good teamwork, oral, and written communication skills
· Works well individually or as part of a team.
· Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
· Experience writing technical documentation and mentoring other team members
· 2+ years of experience in Websphere Application Server admin experience (required)
· 3+ years of experience on multiple UNIX or Linux flavors (required)
· 2+ years of experience with application development (Java, Grails, etc) (required)
· Experience in Websphere Portal administration a plus
· Experience with Microsoft IIS a plus
· Experience with Tomcat a plus
· Experience in Websphere Process Server administration a plus
· Working knowledge in clustering and load balancing web server / application servers
· Performance tuning of web server / application servers
· Strong Production Support experience
· J2EE troubleshooting experience
· General Storage Area Network (SAN) knowledge.
