Position: AIX Administrator

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Duration: 6 Months

 

Description & Required Skills :

 

•        Should have minimum 6-8 year of Unix Administration experience with 3+ years of demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining IBM AIX environment.

•        Installing, configuring and maintaining IBM AIX servers, Account and Printer administration

•        Patch and package administration, Configuration and administration of Logical volume manager.

•        Fine tune the system for optimal performance, Changing kernel parameters

•        Understanding of SAN environment.

•        Day to day administration task on HACMP environment.

•        Understanding of Unix Security baseline.

•        Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue.
