Position : ITSM 7.6 Service Request Management ("SRM")/Remedy Developer
Location : St Louis, MO
Duration : 6 Months
Description:
· Work with business and IT partners to gather SR Requirements
· Provide solutions and engage Process teams to minimize custom build outs and leverage out of the box functionality
· Design, develop, and test SR's using SDLC best practices
· Promote and test SRs through Dev, QA, and Production
· Provide production support and incident management for SRs
· Create simple to complex work flows with Remedy 7.6 SRM to fulfill business needs
· Ensures that documented requirements meet quality standards
Requirements:
· Candidate must have 5+ of SRM design and build experience
· Candidate must have prior experience in ITSM 7.6
· ITIL foundation preferred
· Experience with Advanced Interface ("AI")
· Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
· Demonstrated technical and business acumen.
· Has an excellent working relationship with Global Process Owners and Process Management team
