Job Title                 : PeopleSoft HRMS Consultant

Good Afternoon -

I have an immediate need for 1 contact business analyst to work on our Open Enrollment project.  The ideal candidate must have prior experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and completed at least 2 open enrollments cycles.   They must possess excellent analytical, communications, documentation and customer interaction skills.  The position will be responsible for:

1. Planning, participating and/or leading requirements definition sessions
2. Analyzing customer requirements and developing the appropriate solution to meet the need
3. Document meeting minutes, action items, and issues
4. Requirements documentation
5. Facilitate turnover meetings with Development Team to review requirements
6. Assist in the creation and review of test scripts
7. Assist with User Acceptance testing
8. Escalating issues to project manager, working with project manager to resolve issues

The resource will need to work in the office Monday through Friday.
The timeframe for the assignment is May  through December 2013.
