Position: Systems Engineer-Intel
Location: Mooresville NC
Duration 9 Months

Rate:$50 on C2C All Incluisve

Certifications:

MCSE or MCP Certification is MUST

Skills and Experience:

HPProLiant server hardware
Familiarity with system management tools such as Microsoft Operations Manager, VERITAS NetBackup& Storage Foundation, VMware Virtual Center, VMware vCenter Configuration Manager
Familiarity with server virtualization products, specifically VMware ESX servers
Scripting (e.g. Powershell)

Responsibilities:

Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server and associated client components including IIS & FTP, Security and group policies.  Work with PMs to get approximately 600 servers from physical to virtual machines and/or migrated off of Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 servers.
This may involve working overnight shifts and weekends

Scope and Additional Information:
Assist in all application migrations and infrastructure migrations for the Intel Eng and Upgrades project.
