Position: Lead Performance Tester
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: 3 Months +
Required Skills:
· NeoLoad & HP Load Runner
· Five or more years of experience in Performance Testing using NeoLoad and Load Runner 9.50.
· Develop, execute, and maintain performance testing scripts using NeoLoad and HP LoadRunner.
· Maintain existing or newly built Performance Test Scripts for ongoing changes and maintenance to applications under test.
· Strong Working Experience with monitoring and analyzing results from performance testing.
· Performance Analysis of existing application. Generating reports and coming up with strategy/ plans with regards to performance.
· Do System Monitoring during runs and identify bottlenecks.
· Review results of the test with various IT teams and clarify any performance concerns noticed
· Participate in production release validation to ensure successful deployment.
· Document performance-related defects & work with Engineering and product management to minimize defect age.
· Ability to thoroughly understand client-server and/or web application architecture
· Must be a good team player and have very strong communication skills, customer focus, interpersonal skills and attention to detail and quality
