Teradata cum BO expert

Duration: 6+  months

Location: Irwindale, CA  

 

Note:

Over the next 6-8 months, the resource would need to travel to La Palma, CA 3-4 times a week (the distance between both these locations is around 25 miles).

 

Responsibilities:

• Database: Creation and maintenance of complex stored procedures as well as table, view and Business Objects semantic layer views.
• Modeling: Hands-on experience developing and implementing database performance measures (i.e. table partitioning, indexing, etc).
• ETL: Previous experience with CDC and Datastage.  Development experience with these tools is not required. However, a clear understanding and working knowledge is preferred.
• Ramp Up: Must be able to come up to speed quickly obtaining business / process knowledge from various members of Project and Maintenance teams.
• Along with the above areas, clear documentation and communication skills are a must.
