Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Desktop Support engineer with extensive knowledge on MS Outlook

 

Required Skills:

• MS Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Assist users configure MS outlook and Troubleshoot issues
• Experience with Windows 7 and Win XP
• Operating Systems - Windows XP/ Windows 7
• Setting up Outlook employees;
