Position: Learning Management System Administrator
Location: Suffern, NY
Duration: 1 Years +
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education
Experience: Minimum 4 years in training development and delivery experience. Excellent PC skills.
Job Description:
Maintain and leverage the site's learning management system (LMS) to track, monitor, and enhance employee training.
Skills:
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on the training systems, interfaces, and related software.
- Consult with management - trainers to identify training needs and gaps.
- Develop and assign job/skill/task based training curriculum.
- Maintain key indicators and reports that monitor and measure training compliance.
- Create internal or research external on-line learning resources for use through the LMS.
- Deliver training materials as needed
- Serve as LMS support and trainer for all levels within the site.
- Act as an effective change agent to the organization.
- Minimum 4 years in training development and delivery experience. Excellent PC skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design required.
- Some knowledge of IT programming would be a plus.
- LMS tool - Saba + Crystal reports
- Help Training & Development conduct learning programs for 600+ site users.
- Maintain the LMS system developed in Saba + Crystal Reports
