Description:

 

8+ years of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud experience

Elicit requirements using interviews with key stakeholders, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use case scenarios and workflow analysis to understand true business needs

•          Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates to ensure consistency and identify dependencies in requirements

•          Subject Matter Expert on the business processes with experience to map it functionally to the required Salesforce.com technologies

•          Co-author the solution design document

•          Provide best practices for security model, data validations, data modelling, reporting and analytics

•          Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrix and ensure requirements are being met throughout the project

•          Baseline requirements and manage changes utilizing established change control processes

Ensure effective communication and transition of business requirements to design and development teams
