Primary skillset is VMware, but they should also have Linux and AIX.

 

Required Skills:

·         Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and Project

·         Products including:

·         VMware

·         Linux (Red Hat – Oracle Unbreakable)

·         Commvault

·         AIX

·         NetApp SAN

·         Oracle Virtual Machine

·         Brocade Fiber Channel

·         Solar Winds monitoring

·         TeamQuest monitoring

·         Root cause analysis of complex issues.

·         KSH, Batch, Perl scripting and automation

·         Power and X86 hardware

·         Physical data center support

·         Infrastructure and hardware focus

·         Willingness keep flexible hours and be part of an on call rotation

·         Communicate with hardware and software vendors
