Position: EMC Administrator  - Level 2

Location: Cary, NC or Mooresville, NC

Duration: 6 Months +

 

Required Skills:

 

-    Level 2 Support in EMC Storage technology such as VMAX, DMX

-    Storage provisioning, troubleshoot issues and resolution

-    Handle Remedy Tickets for Storage

-    Coordinate with datacenter engineers, user groups and complete assigned activities within SLA time.

-    Will be required to understand and support the CommVault backup tool

-    Knowledge on other storage technologies like CLARiiON, VMWare, Celera, etc will be helpful
