Please do let me know any suitable consultants available with you as Lead/Architect exp for the below requirement.

 

Position: Oracle DBA Architect/Lead

Location: Burlington, Vermont

Duration: 6 Months +

 

Required Skills:

 

- Experienced Oracle DBA who has experience with large (multi-terabyte) PeopleSoft databases on Oracle 11g on Windows 2008R2.   

- Need to be able to diagnose and tune performance issues, primarily at the database level and also from the application. 

- Need to be an excellent SQL coder so that they can analyze explain plans and recommend/implement fixes for inefficient SQL. 

- Have experience with Demantra databases – Desired, Not mandatory 

- Needs to have a thorough understanding of Data Guard and be able to use Grid Control, including alerting, jobs and database management. 

- Should understand different ways of patching Oracle databases. 

- Should have experience with refreshing test environments.
