Position: Remedy Developer

Location: Duluth, GA

Duration: 5+ Months

 

Required Skills:

 

•    Remedy development, design and administration experience.

•    Proficient in developing Remedy applications using AR System (8.x, 7.x, 6.x, 5.x).

•    Experience in developing and customization of Help Desk, Asset Management, Change  Modules for Remedy IT service Management.

•    Knowledge of Remedy programming methodologies and standard SDLC.

•    Extensive experience in Requirement analysis, Business analysis, Use-Case analysis, Changes Management, Configuration Management

•    Remedy interfaces integration using Remedy APIs, Web Services & Email integration. Exposure to latest/greatest Remedy 7.x features & OLE/DDE Automation. 

•    Good understanding on Oracle Database & SQL Queries, Unix basics, shell scripting, xml, soap & message queue concepts.
